Rental Home Solutions: 20+ Plug in Pendant Lights

Even though I’m creating this post with renters in mind, plug in pendant lights are convenient for everyone! They’re perfect for when you need some extra light, but don’t want to take up any floor space. Most of them are light enough to be hung with a command hook- I usually use these: (command hooks)- but you may need something stronger depending on the weight of your pendant.

Before I get to all of the options I found, I want to share a little tip- if you’re a bit of a perfectionist (like me) when it comes to certain (& often pointless) things, then having a cord going across your ceiling and down your wall might bother you a little.

BUT if the cord is fabric, you can just paint it white (or whatever your wall color is) to make it blend in a little more! This is especially great for renters who may not want to use the adhesive cord covers- and I strongly recommend that you don’t! I’ve ripped up so many small pieces of our walls with those things!
